I know burnout not from textbooks, but from lived experience. As a doctor and healthcare executive, I pushed past exhaustion until my body and spirit broke down. That breaking point became my turning point.
Today, my mission is clear: to help leaders, professionals, and organizations reclaim balance before they collapse under the weight of burnout.
Through medicine, mindfulness, and the wisdom of recovery, I founded The Burnout Alchemy Group, a movement dedicated to transforming exhaustion into empowered energy, and redefining what thriving truly means.
